What am I reading? York Notes to the Wasteland

I have been interested in TS Eliot for a long time and finally decided to start reading his books seriously.  He was of course a genius whose literary merit I struggle to come to terms with.  I think the it is very important just to admit these things.  I am good at what I do but when I need a little help I ask for it.  I find it useful to get hold of these York notes for a good, brief but well informed overview of why the book I am reading is useful.

The Zoetrope

The Zoetrope is one of my faviourate replica toys but I am always being asked where I get my replicas from.  There is a very large market for nice replicas and they can be sourced from online and bricks and mortar shops.    I have put an Amazon link at the bottom of  the page should you want one for yourself.

What am I waking up too? Greek history

Back to the Greeks and history rather than mythology or theatre. Last night I listened to a survey course of liberal studies which started with Gilgamesh and finished in the modern period. It was excellent and really useful. A few years ago now I did a talk about Sir Gawain and now I’ve got to go and update my notes.
